Sutton Need Assessment

Do you live, work or socialise in Sutton? Or do you know some one who does? Here is the chance to help the London borough of Sutton better understand what HIV prevention and support services is needed.

Please complete the need assessment survey if you…

· Are from a Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) background,

· Live, work or socialise in the borough of the Borough of Sutton,

· Would like to have a say in how sexual health services for YOU develop.

We would be grateful if you answer as many questions as you feel able. Please answer honestly – all questionnaires are anonymous.

We are also recruiting a few people for the next stage of this survey, which may involve one-to-one interviews or a focus group discussion.  We will be offering a voucher as a thank you for participating in the one to one or group discussion. Please contact us If you are interested or want to know more about it.

We will be offering HIV testing and Health Checks to members of African communities from 4pm until 7pm. If you've been worried about HIV, or want some more information about staying healthy, stop by our clinic and we can help you.

Each group is completely confidential and will last for 1½ hours. We don't want intimate details, just your opinions!
